From the classroom to the equipment

Megajana’s in-house team worked through practical thermography and partial discharge training. The lesson connects the instrument view with the questions a person needs to ask.

Instructor background includes Level 1 Thermography, PD Level 1 (April 2024) and 33kV Competent Person field practice. These are instructor credentials, not participant outcomes.

Check whether training fits.

System Operations uses a working-session method already used in AMKA setup and handover. A separate session covers additional or standalone needs.

Website Operations is a new session derived from the Care operating model; standalone sales results are not yet established.

The gap may need an inspection, a system fix, documentation, Care or no immediate programme.
